Segundo North Floor Plans

Segundo North rooms are clustered in small groups off a common interior hallway. Each cluster of double rooms has a shared bathroom unlike more traditional residence halls which provide larger community bathrooms; these bathrooms are keyed to match the four rooms they service. Outside each cluster is a small lobby area which allows residents a relaxing space to gather.

All rooms are air conditioned, carpeted, and measure approximately 10' x 20' with extra-long (80") twin beds. Like all our other accomodations, each student is furnished with a desk and chair, lamp, and dresser unit. Each room has wardrobes in lieu of traditional built-in closets, with two wardrobes in triple occupancy accommodations joined by a closet rod; wardrobes are approximately 6'x2'8"x2' with two drawers and one shelf. Each cluster also provides a storage closet with keyless entry to provide off-season storage of personal items.
