Each of these three-story buildings in the Tercero area are air conditioned and house seventy occupants. Double- and triple-occupancy rooms, quad configurations, and some single rooms are available. Rooms are uncarpeted and provide extra long twin size beds, while the quads provide standard size twins. Either a men's or women's bathroom facility is available on each floor. Each building has a television lounge, laundry room, kitchenette, and study room.
